The emails you send every day? A robot should send them.
Every morning someone on your team compiles the same report, chases the same approvals, forwards the same reminders. We build Power Automate flows that do that work automatically — approvals, reports, reminders and data syncing — on the Microsoft 365 licenses you already pay for.
Automation that runs while your team does real work.
Every flow we build is documented, monitored and owned by your organization — not stuck in a consultant's account.
Approval workflows
Requests that route themselves instead of dying in inboxes.
- Leave, expense & purchase-order approvals
- Document review & sign-off routing
- Multi-stage approvals with delegation & escalation
- Approve from Teams, Outlook or mobile — one tap
Scheduled & event-driven automation
The daily grind, handled before your team logs in.
- Daily & weekly reports compiled and sent automatically
- Reminders, follow-ups & SLA escalations
- Data syncing between SharePoint, Excel & other systems
- Triggers on new files, form submissions & status changes
Flow rescue & optimization
For flows that exist but fail, crawl or multiply.
- Diagnose & fix failing or stuck flows
- Error handling & retry patterns added properly
- Consolidate duplicate & overlapping flows
- Run-history monitoring with owner alerts
How we turn repetitive work into flows that just run
We count the hours before we automate a single step.
Automating a bad process just makes mistakes faster. We start by mapping how the work actually happens today — who touches it, where it waits, how many hours it eats per week — then automate the steps with the highest return first. Sometimes that's the big approval chain; often it's the boring daily email nobody thought to question.
We're also honest about licensing up front: standard connectors (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel and hundreds more) are included in the Microsoft 365 plans you already own, while premium connectors and RPA cost extra. You'll know the real running cost of every flow before we build it.
- Manual-process mapping with the people who do the work
- Hours-per-week baseline so ROI is measurable, not vibes
- Highest-ROI steps automated first, quick wins in week one
- Standard-first design — premium licenses only when they earn it
Flows we build most
The difference between a demo flow and one you can bet payroll on.
Anyone can record a flow that works once. Production automation is different: it retries when a service hiccups, catches errors in a dedicated branch, tells a human when it genuinely can't recover, and keeps running when the person who built it leaves the company.
Every flow we ship runs under a service account you control, lives in the right environment, and comes with plain-English documentation — so your IT team can support it without reverse-engineering forty actions at 6 p.m. on a Friday.
- Error-handling branches & retry patterns on every external call
- Service-account ownership — never tied to a person's login
- Dev / production environment strategy, not one big sandbox
- One-page runbook per flow: what it does, how to fix it
Our reliability checklist
When "send an email" isn't enough, the platform goes further.
Power Automate reaches well past Microsoft 365. AI Builder reads invoices, receipts and forms and extracts the fields — no more retyping supplier PDFs into the accounting system. RPA desktop flows click and type through legacy applications that have no API at all, so even that twenty-year-old ERP screen can be automated.
And with more than 1,000 connectors plus HTTP and custom connectors for anything with an API, your flows can span Salesforce, SAP, QuickBooks, Slack and whatever your stack throws at them.
- AI Builder document & invoice extraction into your systems
- RPA desktop flows for legacy apps with no API
- 1,000+ prebuilt connectors across the tools you already use
- HTTP & custom connectors for in-house and niche systems
Connectors we reach for
From first call to flows running on their own
Free audit call
30 minutes on the repetitive work eating your team's week. No obligation, no jargon.
Map & prioritize
We map the manual processes, count the hours, and rank candidates by ROI and effort.
Build with weekly demos
Flows built in short cycles — you see working automation every week, not a big reveal at the end.
Parallel-run & test
Flows run alongside the manual process until the outputs match — then, and only then, the manual work stops.
Launch, monitor & train
Go-live with run-history monitoring, owner alerts, and training so your team can maintain and extend everything.
Flows that gave whole days back
Three flows killed eight hours of weekly paperwork.
Problem: Supervisors spent every Friday compiling production numbers into a report, chasing safety-checklist signatures and re-typing purchase requests into email threads.
We did: A scheduled flow that compiles the production report from SharePoint lists and emails it Friday 7 a.m., a checklist flow with automatic sign-off reminders, and a purchase-request approval routed through Teams.
Supplier invoices approve themselves — humans just review.
Problem: 400+ supplier invoices a month arrived as PDF attachments, were printed, hand-keyed, and walked to a partner's desk for sign-off. Two errors a week reached the ledger.
We did: AI Builder extraction pulls vendor, amount and line items from each PDF, a flow matches them to purchase orders, and approvals route by amount — one tap in Teams for the partner, automatic filing to SharePoint.
The 6 a.m. dispatch report writes itself now.
Problem: A coordinator started at 5:30 a.m. to pull shipment data from the ERP, reconcile it against SharePoint trackers, and email the daily dispatch report before drivers rolled out.
We did: A scheduled flow syncs ERP shipment data to SharePoint overnight, flags mismatches for review, and sends the formatted dispatch report to depot managers at 6 a.m. — with an SLA escalation flow for late loads.
Different industries. Same repetitive work.
The forms change — production reports, invoices, dispatch sheets, lease renewals — but the pattern is identical: someone doing the same steps every day that a flow could do instead. Here's what automation looks like in the sectors we work with most.
Production reports compiled and sent on schedule, shift-handover notes routed automatically, and safety checklists that chase their own signatures.
Invoice approvals routed by amount with AI Builder extraction, and month-end packs assembled and distributed without a single manual email.
Order alerts and SLA escalations fired the moment status changes, with carrier and ERP data synced to SharePoint overnight.
Credential and license renewals flagged before they lapse, and policy sign-offs routed, reminded and recorded for the auditors.
Engagement kickoff checklists that provision sites, tasks and access automatically, plus document assembly from templates in seconds.
Lease renewals surfaced months ahead with owner reminders, and maintenance requests routed from form to contractor to closed.
The automation stack we work in every day
Flows run on the platform you already own — plus the connectors, AI and reliability patterns that turn a demo flow into one you can bet payroll on.
